By purchasing a membership in our coaching and development program based on pedagogy and psychology, you agree to the following terms:

• Educational Coaching

The membership provides educational coaching based on principles from two textbooks, which you receive free of charge upon joining, and from Sigurd's experience in both business and psychological practice.

• Not Therapy

The coaching services are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychotherapy, and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare.

• Personal Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own development and the decisions you make based on the coaching provided.

• Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis until you cancel.

• Delivery and Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing the membership, you agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase. You also acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 22, letter (n) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.
However, we voluntarily offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee after purchase.

• Cancellation

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur no later than 3 business days before the next payment date.

• Privacy

We treat your personal information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
